<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> Further, as per Board's analysis report received from Air & Water Lab Ludhiana vide no. 1291 dated 21.09.2022, the results are confirming the standards prescribed by the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpFirst" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> In view of the above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate' under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2024 with suitable terms and conditions.</span></p> |
