<p style="text-align: justify;">As per the report, the industry has made 2 agreements one for spent HCl and one for H2SO4. RO has not clearly mentioned whether the industry has separate process for HCl and H2SO4 and separate storage capacity for HCl. Earlier, the agreement was for lifting effluent @ 5000 Lt/month now the agreement has been revised 2 x 10000 Ltr/month. RO to comment upon the increase of production if any.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Further, RO to comment whether the spent HCl be treated in the CETP Phase-8. Also, comment upon new agreement in light of Board's order no. 64 dated 09.02.2023 w.r.t. CETP, Phase-8, Ludhiana. </p> |
