CTE/Fresh/PKT/2023/20861003 dated 13/01/2023, which is valid upto 12/01/2024 along with certain conditions. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 4500 CFT/Day, Washed Sand @ 4000 CFT/Day & Silt @ 500 CFT/Day by using River Bed Material @ 9000 CFT/Day through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 17,300/- vide UTR No. <br />255937104 dated 01/03/2023 & Rs. 16,800/- vide UTR No. <br />564119711 dated 01/03/2023 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 respectively, including Rs. 500/- as form downloading fee and same are adequate for five years period upto 31/12/2025 under both Acts. </span></p>
