<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that similar nature application M/s G.R. Infraprojects Limited (RMC), Khasra No. 37/4, Village Rajjowal, Ludhiana, Rajjowal, Ludhiana sent for legal opinion from SLO as under:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">"The matter was considered by the Competent Authority of the Board and it has been decided that the case be forwarded to SLO HO, Patiala for his legal opinion with regard to decision to decide the CTE application in lieu of the prevailing policy of the Board for the establishment of the such industries viz-a-viz the temporary establishment for a shorter period for establishment in a non complying zone for completion of project by NHAI."</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In this case, the area of RMC plant is in non designated area and the site of Dana Mandi falls under Punjab Mandi Board, which has no objection for establisment of RMC plant. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, the application be returned to Regional Office to process in light of the legal opinion as in case of M/s G.R. Infraprojects Limited (RMC), please. </p> |
