<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;">It is further submitted that CTO case is lying pending.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;">If approved, Regional Office be allowed to grant consents to operate to the brick kiln under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 for short period (i.e. upto 30.09.2023) meanwhile SEE(HQ-2) be requested to finalize the policy for regularizing brick kilns having central island more than 245 ft within this time period.</span></p>
