CTOA/Renewal/HSP/2019/9127834 dated 15.02.2019 valid upto 30.06.2022<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>vide no. CTOW/Varied/HSP/2018/7658559 dated 26.06.2018 valid upto 30.09.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Thereafter the industry was issued direction u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>for the closure of the industry vide Board's letter no. 4010 dated 08.12.2022 and as per directions, the electric connection of the industry was disconnected by the PSPCL Authority vide TDCO No. 100020822957 dated 02.03.2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The industry has deposited Rs. 42500/- vide UTR No. N226222078830646 dated 14.08.2022 under Air Act and<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs. 42000/- vide UTR No. N236222089793383 dated 14.08.2022 under Water Act.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2027.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted CA Certificate, site plan, completion certificate of STP, Feasibility report of STP copy of TDCO no. 100020822957 dated 02.03.2023 for disconnect the electric connection of the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry was visited by officer of this office on 01.03.2023 and observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping in view of the above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & |Air Act, 1981 for the six months with suitable special condition that:</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control) Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>may be issued to the PSPCL Authorities to restore the electric connection temporarily for 06-months.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry shall get analyzed its effluent /emission sample from Board's lab within 02 months. </span></li>
