<p style="text-align: start; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">Therefore, it is again recommended that CTO under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the BKO as recommended vide note dated 15.02.2022 alongwith special condition that the BKO will use 20 % paddy straw pallets in compliance to the notification dated 04.11.2022 issued by Department of Science Technology and Environment, Punjab.</span></p>
