<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The point wise compliance of SOP of hotels is attached herewith. Hence, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended to the hotel upto 30.06.2027 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board with the special condition that the hotel will complying with all the SOP’s/guidelines framed by the CPCB/PPCB.</span></p>
