R15JALCTE2259084 dated 27.02.2015 upto 26.02.2016 for Rooms @72 Numbers/Day, Banquet Hall @1 Numbers/Day Restaurant @2 Numbers/Day Swimming Pool @1 Numbers/Day with Domestic Effluent @59.0 KLD under large scale red category, but the Project proponent has failed to extension in validity of CTE (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>

The clarification was raised to the hotel, but the hotel was failed to submit any reply of the clarification till date. </span></p>

The hotel has also submitted completion certificate of installation of ETP/STP. But the pipeline connected of component yet to be connected, moreover, no flow meter/separate energy meter has been provided the ETP/STP. </span></p>
