<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that PP has applied CTE, thereafter <span style="text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">show cause notice for refusal of CTE (NOC) from pollution angle applied under the provisions of the Water </span><span style="text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Act, 1974 and the Air </span><span style="text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Act, 1981 along with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7-days was issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 1022-23 dated 8/2/2023 as some shortcomings mentioned.</span></span></p>
