<p>As we have yet not to allow the industry to operate, till obtaing of pass book, there is no need at this stage to restore electric connection because it will give opportunity to industry to illegally operate unit. </p>
<p>Meanwhile consents approved with conditions proposed. As in this case directions for closure stands prnding, an approval of worthy Chairman will be appropriate before issueing consents. </p>
