The consent to operate granted under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 was revoked vide Zonal Office letter no. 6242-44 dated 31.10.2019.</span></p>

The reading was noted to be 42252 KL during the visit & as such the industry has consumed 3842 KL of fresh water since 01.10.2022.</span></p>

The reading was noted to be 40268 KL during the visit & as such the industry has discharged 2969 KL of fresh water since 01.10.2022.</span></p>

Discounting for domestic usage of the industry the record seems to be in consonance.</span></p>
