<p style="text-align: justify;">At this stage, consents are to be issued as a pre-requisite for issuance of passbook for receipt and reprocessing of hazardous waste (discarded plastic containers with chemical content). Therefore, there is no need to restore the electric connection at this stage. Rather it will give an opportunity to run the unit illegally without the passbook / registration under HWM Rules, 2016.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Therefore, at this stage only grant of consent is approved for six months with condition as proposed by EE(ZL) and special condition that:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">a) The industry will not operate its unit without obtaining prior passbook as required under HWM Rules, 2016.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">b) The industry shall apply for authorization under HWM Rules, 2016, within 15 days.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">c) The industry shall comply with the SOP for such type of units.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As the unit is under closure due to directions of PPCB, before issuance of consents under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 an approval from the Worthy Chairman of the Board shall be appropriate, please.</p> |
