<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Sir, the application was scrutinized and observed that:-</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Earlier the industry was issued directions under section 18 (1) (b) of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for installation of rendering Plant by slaughter house:-</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->To install well designed effluent treatment plant for treatment of waste water so that the treated effluent comply with the standards prescribed under Environment (Protection) Act, 1986.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->To discontinue operation of slaughter house without Consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">However, the industry has not submitted compliance w.r.t above said directions. Moreover, the industry has not submitted samples analysis charges of effluent samples collected by this office on 29.05.2018 and 24.02.2021. The industry has not deposited application form fee with its application.</p>
