<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">The industry was granted NOC for expansion under medium category there proposed cost of plant & machinery was 6.30 Cr and now the cost of plant & machinery as per the application 13.76 Cr after expansion which needs clarification and moreover the industry falls under large category. As per udhyam registration the cost of plan & machinery mentioned is for the year 2019-20 which is 2.22 Cr. 2. The industry is requested to submit the compliance special conditions no. 6,7,8 of NOC expansion granted to it. 3. The NOC for expansion has expired on 24/11/2022 and the industry has not deposited NOC extension fee. The indsutry was requested to clarify the above observations within 2 days on 27/2/2023 but it has failed to submit reply till date. Therefore, the application of the indutry may be returned with the request to attend the to aforsaid observations and resubmit the application.</span></p>
