Moreover, the industry has not submitted application for obtaining consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">From the above, it is clear that the applications submitted by the industry are not accepatable to process at this stage. Therefore, it is recommended that the same may be returned herewith to request the applicant to re-submit the same after removing all the observations made as above. </span></p> |
