<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">It is intimated that the application for obtaining varied consent to operate applied under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 were scrutinized and the following shortcomings/ observations were made: </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">1) The industry has uploaded only one document in the following tabs. You are requested to concerned document will be uploaded in the concerned tabs:</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US"> </span>· Completion certificate of ETP/APCD alongwith Dimensional Drawing; </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">· Compliance report of NOC / Consent Conditions in annotated form; Site Plan/Location Plan of the industry'; </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">· Proof of date commissioning of the Industry ( Registration of the industry/ Electricity bill /Sales Tax no );</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">· Manufacturing process details along with the process flow chart; Analysis report of treated waste effluent / emission from Board / Approved Lab;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">· Plan showing the location of ETP/APCD and all outlets and various channels/pipes/sewers with requisite colours as detailed below: a) Fresh Water : Blue Colour b) Effluent Channel : Red Colour c) Recirculation Water Channel : Green Colour d) Storm Water : Orange Colour e) Domestic Sewer : Dotted Black ink</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">2) The industry has not uploaded manufacturing flow chart, detailed brief project and feasibility report with completion certificate.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">3) The industry has not submitted only special two no. conditions instead the proper compliance report in annotated form with authenticated signature of the proprietor with stamping.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">4) The industry has not attached approved building plans approved from the Director of Factories or Competent Person approved by the Director or Factories as it has mandatory documents in varied applications of consent to operate.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">5) In the requested letter, the industry has claimed that as per the DTP notification, the process of the industry falls under Green Category. But no DTP notification was found with the application.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">6) <strong>Further, the industry has not complied with the decisions of hearing held on 12/3/2023 before the Senior Environmental Engineer (ZP-II) of the Board as the industry shall shift the its additional machinery from present location within one and submit the compliance report at Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib. The said proceedings were also conveyed vide Board's letter no. 193-194 dated 17/1/2023.</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US"> </span><span lang="EN-US">In view of the above, the application applied by the industry is required to return with a request to comply with above said observations. The industry may also be advised to visit help desk in any working day between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm in case any guidance is required.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">Therefore, the permission may please be accorded to return the application to the industry as application was returned by the AEE at once. </span></p> |
