<p>Sir, the industry has submitted approved building plan signed by the approved architect from Factory Department. (Copy Attached). Moreover, the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as code of practice prescribed by the Govt. vide order dt. 15.10.2013 as same was typed by-mistake that the industry is not complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as code of practice prescribed by the Govt. vide order dt. 15.10.2013.</p>
