The industry is also complying with the provisions of Water Act, 1974, Air Act, 1981 and Hazardous & Other Wastes Rules, 2016. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">The industry has deposited Rs. 210000/- under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31.05.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 upto 31.03.2027 with suitable conditions, please.</span></p>
