<p>As discussed, the rice sheller has applied first time for obtaining consent under Water Act, 1974. It already has consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/JAL/2020/12159494 dated 05.03.2020 valid upto 30.09.2024. The value of fixed assets is same and there is no addition or change. The rice sheller is also complying with the code of practice <span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">vide order no. 932 dated 15.10.2013. </span></p>
