The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed:
1. The project proponent has not submitted allotment letter of the project.
2. The project proponent has not mentioned tablet coating pan in the application form.
3. The project proponent has submitted GST certificate, in which date of commissioning date is mentioned as 04.08.2017, but the project proponent has submitted CA Certificate in which the fixed assets of the industry has mentioned for the period 2016-17 also, which implies that the industry was made operational in 2016-17. Hence, it is requested to submit proper proof regarding date of commissioning so that adequacy of fees can be adjudged.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days.
