<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that at present the PSPCL authorities has disconnected the power supply of the industry vide TDCO no: 045/322403 dated 22.02.2023.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In the present application is for not to restore the electric connection. Also, there is no proposal from the industry for any improvement / undertaking for any improvement. The consents of the industry are already expired and the present application cannot be processed for any realistic end as disconnection of electric connection has already been executed by PSPCL.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, the present application of the industry be returned with request to reapply after making compliance as earlier informed to the industry, please.</p>
