The industry has deposited Rs. 9350/- vide UTR No. N179222014675735 dated 28.06.2022 (Rs. 7050/- water, Rs. 1800/- as NOC regularization fees) & Rs. 6000/- vide UTR No. N214222061195266 dated 02.08.2022 (water) Rs. 9350/- vide UTR No. N179222014643724 dated 28.06.2022 (air) Rs. 6000/- vide UTR No. N214222060987675 dated 02.08.2022 (water) against the fixed assets of Rs. 16.80 Lacs, which is adequate upto 31.03.2026</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 03.03.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

There is no other source of air pollution.</span></p>

There is no generation of trade effluent.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .75in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that renewal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2025 with usual conditions.</span></p>
