The project proponent has submitted Land use classification certificate vide no. 1474 dated 04.08.2022 as per which the site falls in general industrial zone as per Master Plan, Jalandhar. As such the site is suitable for establishment of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: 66.05pt; margin: 0cm 29.95pt .0001pt 67.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%;">The industry will provide 1 Milk section for manufacturing of milk items like paneer etc. and 1 sweet manufacturing section and about 2.5 KLD of effluent will be generated from these sections.</span></p>

The treated effluent will be discharge onto land for plantation to be provided within the premises.</span></p>
