<p>It is submitted that the industry has previously submitted consent fees upto 31.03.2022 and the consents were also granted upto 31.03.2022. After that the industry has submitted 03 no. payments of Rs. 63600/- each. Considering consent fee of Rs. 63600/- for one year as per the CA Certificate and fee structure of the Board, the fee submitted by the industry is adequate upto 31.03.2024 ( 63600/- x 2 years as consents fee and Rs. 63600/- as penalty for one year). (details attached)</p>
<p>It is pertinent to mention here that due to typing mistake, the consent fee adequacy was written as 31.03.2023 instead of 31.03.2024.</p>
<p>Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that the consent fee may be considered upto 31.03.2024 and the case may be decided as per the recommendations of the undersigned dated 13.02.2023 please.</p> |
