Further, process of the industry is not common in nature. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">Keeping in view of above, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>it is recommended that the industry may be granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 upto 30.06.2028 with suitable conditions as proposed by AEE and with special condition that a joint team of PPCB, PBIP & IIT Ropar may be constituted for study of pollution caused by the industry after its operation.</span></p>
