The industry has already deposited consent fee of Rs. 2200/- vide e-R no. 507560896 dated 28/02/2023 as NOC regularization fee against the un-depreciated fixed assets of Rs. 2140.0 Lac as on 31/12/2022 as per CA certificate dated 01/02/2023, which is already adequate </span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">upto 30/06/2026</strong><span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018.</span></span></p>

The industry has provided record regarding fresh water consumption vis-à-vis trade effluent lifted to the CETP.</span></p>

From the perusal of the record it is found that the industry is disposing effluent ranging 26000 – 60000 ltrs./ month to M/s JBR Technology Pvt. Ltd with an yearly average of 42000 liters/month. The representative of the industry claimed that the</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">effluent generation has crossed 45000 only in 3 months in the financial year i.e. April 2022, May 2022 and Feb 2023 due to high demand and in rest of the months, the demand is generally low.</span></p>

The industry has made arrangements to recirculate the effluent generated from barreling section. The industry has provided flow meter on the pipeline of re-circulation two days back and reading noted during visit was 0 KL and maintain record of the same.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry is located in industrial zone as per the Master Plan of Khanna.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Moreover, the Board vide Head Office letter no. 768-97 dated 13/01/2021, decided as under:</span></p>

However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries."</span></strong></p>
