The industry has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif;">The industry has deposit Rs. 32690/- vide UTR No. N005232275890488 dated 01.05.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 2900/- has also deposited the NOC Regularization fees and Rs. 29290/- vide UTR No. N005232275879355 dated 05.01.2023, which is adequate upto 07.02.2033 against gross value of fixed assets Rs. 32,50,000/- and plant & machinery Rs. 15,00,000/- as on 30.12.2022.</span></p>
