The industry has not submitted retirement deed of previous partners (which was executed on 10/8/2021-submited by the industry at the time for applying renewal of consent on 4/7/2018). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">3)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has not added cost of land in the CA certificate (Rent of Lease Deed upto 28/9/2028). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">4)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 29/8/2022 and is required to submit latest CA certificate including the mentioned of Land value (rent deed). <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>But as per application form, the industry has mentioned CA certificate of Rs. 77.35 Lacs as on 31/3/2022 at Sr. no. 15 of the said form. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">5)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>As per the details of increase in the cost of fixed assets submitted by the industry, it is observed that the industry has added new drier and has not submitted relevant documents w.r.t. site suitability as per Punjab Government Order dated 15/10/2013. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">6)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has not added any cost under the building head if the dryer has been installed. In this regard, the industry has undertaking dated NIL that <strong>we have already installed drier in the existing unit. We further undertake that there is no change in our existing building of the unit</strong>. However, the industry has failed to submit any proof regarding purchase/ bill of drier or other relevant document. At this stage, this office can not be adjudged the consent fee. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">7)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The building plans is mandatory document in case of the industry has applied varied consents of the Board and is required to be re-approved from the Director of Factories. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">In view of the above, the application applied by the industry is hereby returned with a request to apply a fresh after attending the above said observations alongwith proper written reply with the application.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry may also be advised to visit help desk in any working day between 09:00 am to 05:00 pm in case any guidance is required.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">Therefore, the permission may please be accorded to return the application to the industry as application was returned by the AEE at once.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p> |
