<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that the industry has applied fresh ‘CTO under the Water Act, 1974, under the new name and style of M/s Atulaya Healthcare Private Limited for the same manufacturing capacity of production of Floro Deoxy Glucose (F18) @ 18,200 injections/year.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that no trade effluent was generated from the process and only domestic effluent was being discharged onto land for irrigation of lawn after treatment with the Septic tank.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Further, it is intimated that RO has mentioned in Agenda Note at Sr. no. 10 (i), the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US"> May If approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 </span>under the name of M/s Atulaya Healthcare Private Limited for manufacturing of Floro Deoxy Glucose (F18) @ 18,200 Injections/year may be granted upto 31/3/2024, suitable conditions and additional conditions may also be imposed that E.E RO shall request to visit the industry as per protocol prescribed by the Board to verify the compliance of Environment Laws if any violations found send report/ recommendations immediately.</span></p>
