Ltd., Ludhiana without prior written permission of the Board. </span></p>

The industry shall develop the plantation area as per Karnal technology not less than 100 sq.mt. and shall submit the site plan for the same, within 15 days to the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, SAS Nagar. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The industry shall make the degreasing / surface treatment in its premises on its own risk & cost. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for fresh CTO under orange category for </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">manufacturing & Fabrication of Gym Equipment’s @ 50 Numbers/Day using MS Pipe/ MS Sheet @ 1500 Kgs/day, Other accessories/components (sets) @ 50 Numbers/Day. The pp has submitted that earlier they were planning to do degreasing and surface treatment in their premises and accordingly they have NOC for that but now they<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>have not installed the machinery of surface treatment in their premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted compliance report of the conditions of the NOC granted to it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted CA certificate as per which value of fixed assets of the industry as on 09.01.2023 is Rs 1.85 crore. The industry has submitted Rs 42000/- vide UTR no. KKBKH23051899759<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 20.02.2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs 49700/- vide UTR no. <span style="color: #2b4973; background: #E8F6F9;">KKBKH23051899307</span></span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 20.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974. The consent fee deposited by the industry after adjusting NOC regularization fee. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate till 31.01.2028 under both acts.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The pp has submitted allotment letter of the plot issued in the name of the company by PSIEC for 99 yrs lease for manufacturing of fitness equipment’s dated 01.03.2021.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The pp has submitted report of the air emission monitoring carried out by M/s Noida testing lab on 28.02.2023 and the result are within prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The pp has submitted layout plan approved from competent person under Factory Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">The industry has submitted feasibility report as per which there will no generation of trade effluent from the process and domestic effluent @ 0.3 KLD will be generated from the industry. Cyclone has been installed for the emissions generated from powder coating booth. One LPG fired oven also installed in the premises. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d; background: white;">The industry was visited by under-signed on 04.03.2023 and contacted Smt. Shweta Chauhan, Accountant (9501847632). During visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>
