| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The applicant has submitted Solid waste generation disposal at the dump site but has not attached any documentary proof.
2. The applicant has not submitted Boiler/furnace details and its APCD in the application form. 3. The applicant has not submitted CA Certificate with UDIN no. mentioning the value of Land & Building, Plant & Machinery and other fixed assets.
4. The applicant has not submitted proof of the date of commissioning and Consent fee accordingly. 5. The applicant has not submitted a Feasibility report and calculation of effluent at inlet of STP.
6. The applicant has not submitted any proof of Land use classification and sewage connection certificate from MC, Ludhiana.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action may be taken. |
