The project proponent has deposited Rs. 14,500/- vide UTR no. 0206i27914460761 dated 06.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 14,000/- vide UTR no. 0206i27914458361 dated 06.02.2023 under Air Act, 1981. The unit is yet to start its operation at the site. Hence, the Consent to Operate fee is adequate till 17.02.2033 under Air Act, 1981 and till 17.02.2032 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>after adjusting NOC regularization fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The project proponent has submitted undertaking as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Since, we want to start manufacturing of ayurvedic formulation in the said premises D-10, Focal Point, Derabassi in the name and style of M/s Unital Pharmaceuticals”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948. The project proponent has submitted GST certificate as proof of proprietor ship. The plot has been allotted in the name of Dr. Vikram Talwar for manufacturing of pharmaceutical (formulation) issued by PSIEC dated 24.12.1996.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The project proponent has submitted that 0.05 KLD effluent will be generated during washing of utensils which will be treated in electric evaporator and domestic effluent @0.2 KLD will be disposed into MC sewer. The project proponent has not proposed to install any DG set.</span></p>
