<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The application has been examined and found that the agency was granted consent to establish on 11.02.2022 (valid upto 10.02.2023) for establishment of an agency engaged in washing & servicing of vehicles @ 20 no/day, subject to the following special conditions:-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"> 1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The agency will operate its ETP regularly and scientifically and shall ensure to maintain proper record of the effluent generated /treated.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"> 2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The agency shall maintain the plantation area as per Karnal technology and will ensure that no stagnations occur in it.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;"> 3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->This consent to establish is issued from pollution angle and the agency shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other departments, as required.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now the agency has applied the application for extension in the validity of CTE.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>If approved, the consent to establish (extension) may be granted to the agency, subject to the same conditions along with additional condition that the agency will install effluent treatment plant/air pollution control devices simultaneously with the commissioning of the project. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
