O16PTACTOA3739572 dated 20/04/2016 (valid upto 30.09.2020) and under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/PTA/2017/5549775 dated 23/06/2017 (valid upto 30.09.2020) under orange category for manufacturing of Plastic Dana @ 300/day by using Empty Plastic Bags @301 Kg/day as raw material with suitable mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 3.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 17.4pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 along with requisite documents i.e. application form, CA certificate, compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it and request letter. The industry has already deposited Rs. Rs. 5425/- vide UTR. no. P006230213082331 dated 06.01.2023 as water consent fee and Rs. 5425/- vide UTR. no. P006230213082115 dated 06.01.2023 as air consent fee against the fixed assets of 4.70 lac as on 26.12.2022 as per CA certificate dated 26.12.2022 submitted by the industry. The land in building is taken on lease. The industry has submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 3.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 17.4pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">industry </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">has also submitted stack emissions sampling reports and analyzed by NABL Approved Laboratory (Environ Tech Laboratory) on 12.01.2023. As per the report, the concentration of particulate matter is 31.4 mg/Nm3, which are within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 3.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 17.4pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 3.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 17.4pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry is complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: red; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 3.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 17.4pt; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of above, may if approved, recommendations be sent to SEE, ZP-1 for consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
