<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; margin: 0cm 18.4pt .0001pt 54.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The project proponent shall install sufficient number of water meters on the pipelines through which treated waste water is utilized in the major green areas so that treated waste water utilized for flushing purposes and green areas is quantified, within 2 months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; margin: 0cm 18.4pt .0001pt 54.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The project </span><span lang="EN-US">proponent shall operate the STPs regularly & scientifically and shall maintain proper record of the effluent generated / treated / disposed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; margin: 0cm 18.4pt .0001pt 54.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The project proponent shall ensure segregation of solid waste at source, facilitate collection of segregated waste in separate streams, handover re-cyclable material to either the authorized waste pickers or the authorized recyclers as prescribed in the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. The bio-degradable waste shall be processed, treated and disposed of through composting or bio-methanation within the premises as far as possible. The residual waste shall be given to the waste collectors or agency as directed by the local body.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3; margin: 0cm 18.4pt .0001pt 54.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">The project proponent shall include vermi composting of bio-degradable waste and awareness to discourage use of plastic, in their CER <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">activities.</span></span></p>

Domestic effluent samples were collected from inlet, outlet and aeration tank of all three STPs and sent to Head Office lab for analysis. As per the analysis reports, the concentrations of various parameters are within the permissible limit as prescribed by the Board. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; margin: .05pt 18.4pt .0001pt 36.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Now, the township has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act 1981 for Dwelling units, guest house and hostel block - 1592 units through online on OCMMS with requisite documents.</span></p>

SBINR12022012964315591 dated 29.01.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 16,92,000/- through online vide R.no. SBINR12022012964315590 dated 29.01.2022 under the Air Act, 1981), against the fixed assets of Rs. 91027 lacs, to make it adequate upto 31.03.2025.</span></p>

STPs to treat the entire domestic effluent of the township, which were in operation during visit. The record regarding the operation of the STPs is maintained by the township.</span></p>

The PP has banned use of Single Use Plastic within the Township</span></p>
