<p>Sir, the industry has deposited Rs. Rs. 90000/- vide UTR no. 585089221 dated 27.02.2023 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 10200/- vide UTR no. 585089221 dated 27.02.2023 as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 4500/- vide UTR no. 585089221 dated 27.02.2023 other penalty fee Rs. 90000/- vide UTR no. 887779216 dated 27.02.2023 under Air Act, 1981. Rs. 4500/- vide UTR no. 887779216 dated 27.02.2023 other penalty fee, which is adequate upto 30.09.2027.</p>
<p>In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2027.</p>
