The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not mentioned plant & machinery cost and other assets cost in the CA Certificate. Further the CA Certificate is also not latest.
2. The rent agreement submitted by the project proponent, which is expired on 31.12.2022. The industry needs to submit latest rent agreement.
3. The project proponent has submitted approved building plan, in which address of the plot is “634, Phase-9, Industrial area, Mohali”. But, the project proponent has mentioned address in the application form is “EL 634, Phase-9, Industrial area, Mohali”.
4. The project proponent has not mentioned DG set details in the application form.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days. |
