| Clarification Note: |
The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted partnership deed/ proprietor ship etc.
2. The project proponent has not applied for Consent to Operate under Air Act, 1981 as cutting, planning of wood will result in generation of dust in the ambient air.
3. The project proponent has not submitted NOC from Forest Department clearly mentioning the validity and type of machinery allowed.
4. The project proponent needs to deposit additional consent fees amounting to Rs. 900/- in order to make it adequate till 31.10.2023 under Water Act, 1974.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days. |
