Further, the GST certificate of M/s Unital Pharmaceuticals</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">, D-10, FOCAL POINT PSIEC, DERABASSI, SAS Nagar, Punjab, 140507 issued on 21.04.2018 in the name of RAVI SWAMINATHAN CHANDRASHEKARAPURAM, Prop., is also enclosed herewith.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif';">Further, now the industry has enclosed copy of GST certificate of M/s Unital Pharmaceuticals , D-10, FOCAL POINT PSIEC, DERABASSI, SAS Nagar, Punjab, 140507 issued on 23.09.2017 in the name of Vikram Talwar, Prop, along with the list of the documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 8pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted fresh consent to Operate under Air Act, 1981 and Water Act, 1974 for one year i.e till 31.03.2024 subject to special conditions as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 8pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">1)</span><span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">The industry will not install any source of air pollution within its premises without obtaining prior varied CTO of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 8pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">2)</span><span style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">The industry will keep record of the quantity of effluent generated during washing of utensils and quantity of effluent evaporated in electric evaporator.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 8pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">3) </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">This consent is valid up to 31/03/2024 and the industry shall be bound to comply with the order to be passed by the Hon’ble National Green Tribunal in O.A. no. 30 of 2013 titled ‘Karnail Singh & Ors. Vs. CPCB &Ors.' and O.A. no. 33 of 2013 titled ‘Jai Singh & Ors. Vs. U.O.I. &Ors. And in-case the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal directs the Board to curtail the period of validity of consent, the Board will be at liberty to curtail the validity of this consent as per order of the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 8pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">4) </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, 'serif';">The industry shall not start any new process within its unit which may change its category from green to orange/red, without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
