<p>The industry has applied for 11 TPD of polyster dyeing and 220 KLD of effluent. </p>
<p>Present installed capacity of softflow machines is 600 KG. In case industry operates at full capacity for 24 hrs, it may fetch 5 lots at most means 3 TPD of dyeing. In case, it has low liquor ratio machines, the effluent quantity from 3 baths should not exceed 20 -25 lt per Kg. </p>
<p>Thus, applications filed by the industry are not representative and we should not grant consents suo moto at our own. </p>
<p>let the industry shall apply with proper water balance and product calculations.</p>
