<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry was earlier granted consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2018/8234792 dated 01/09/2018 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2018/8234751 dated 01/09/2018 both were valid upto 30/06/2022 for manufacturing of Tablets @100000Numbers/Day, Capusles @100000Numbers/Day, Liquid Syrup (Bottles) @5000Numbers/Day & Ointments (Tubes) @5000Numbers/Day, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with same production capacity. The industry has submitted its CA certificate dated 31/03/2022 which showing increase in its fixed assets from Rs. 89.83 lakh to Rs. 93.10 lakh. In the reply of the clarification it has mentioned that the increase of its fixed assets due to repair of machinery. The industry has deposited Rs. 23800/- vide online R no. 000779368339 dated 16/01/2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 24300/- vide online R. no. 000779375392 dated 16/01/2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31/03/2026, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted its compliance report of conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is further submitted that the Board has passed circular for auto-renewal of consents under Orange and Green category without visit of the unit, the order is reproduced as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 27.0pt; margin: 0in .25in 10.0pt 1.0in;"><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is pertinent to mention here that the Board vide Office Order No. 59 dated 02.02.2016 decided to grant auto renewal of Consent to Operate/ Establish to Orange & Green Category of Industries within 7 days of its application submission without the need of visiting the site/ premises of the industry, in order to facilitate the industry.</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31/03/2026 for manufacturing of Tablets @100000Numbers/Day, Capusles @100000Numbers/Day, Liquid Syrup (Bottles) @ 5000Numbers/Day & Ointments (Tubes) @5000Numbers/Day, subject to suitable conditions.</span></p>
