The unit has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The unit has filled online application form, uploaded project report, partnership deed, location plan, feasibility report of STP (10KLD). The unit has deposited Rs 10800/- vide <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>R no. 492831651 dated 24.2.2023 as NOC fees and application form fee. The fee deposited by project proponent is adequate for 1 year.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">In view of above it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981 for may be granted to the unit for one year with suitable terms and with special condition that the unit shall provide STP of adequate capacity to treat the effluent generated from the unit .</span></p>
