<p style="text-align: justify;">As recommended by EE (ZL) with addittional conditions to:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Adopt wastewater minimization measure including low liqour ration machines, steam condensate recovery, cooling water recovery, re-use of treated effluent (wherever possible), heat recovery from stack emission / effluent (wherever possible) and phasing out winch machines. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Take in-house measures to optimise the salt, caustic soda and other dyes / chemicals to ensure that unnecessary overdosing of chemicals may not appear in th effluents. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. In case of bio-logical treatment, it is to be ensured that temperature of the influents leading to ETP shall have optimum temperatures compatible to the micro-organism present in aeration tank responsible for bio treatment.</p>
