| Clarification Note: |
The industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not filled application form correctly:
a. The industry has not mentioned details of flow measuring devices in the application form.
b. The industry has mentioned that power load connect to waste water treatment facility is zero, which is not in order.
c. The industry has mentioned that power load connect to Air Pollution Control Devices is zero, which is not in order.
2. The industry has mentioned the total value of assets in its application form as Rs. 45.4 lakhs, which is not as per the CA certificate.
3. The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 27.02.2023 mentioning the total value of assets as Rs. 23.32 Lakhs; however, previous ‘consent to establish’ granted to the industry for total investment of Rs. 28.77 lakhs, as such, the latest CA certificate submitted by the industry is not un-depreciated, which is not in order.
4. The industry has not uploaded proper compliance report of conditions of previous ‘consent to establish’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
