Respected sir,
We were submitted a CTO application for the Air Act (Application ID: 20968357) and the Water Act (Application ID: 20989370) on March 1, 2023 .Our unit Total project cost was Rs. 1100.25 lakhs in accordance with our investment certificate. As per investment certificate, our project's 5-year fees are Rs. 72,000 for air acts and Rs. 72,000 for water acts. So can you please explain the reason for the query generated penalty fees and additional fees for the same?
