Respected Sir, point wise reply is as under: 1. The industry has submitted Akas Sajra, Latha, Site plan with marked location of APCD, which shows that the distance of APCD from the boundary of school will be more than 500 mtr (650 mtr). It is also worth to mention here that the Tehsildar letter no. 124 dated 09.02.2023 has clearly mentioned that the distance of proposed site of rice sheller is more than 600 mtr from the School. Now, the industry has also submitted as undertaking to the effect that positioning APCD shall be made at a distance more that 500 mtrs from the Boundary of school. (Copy enclosed). 2. As per the DTP letter, the width of the approach road is 23.9 ft. 3. Reports of the siting guidelines from the DTP and revenue authorities have been recieved in this office w.r.t. letter issued by this office. Gora Lal S/o Sh. Bhushan Mall r/o Bareta, Tehsil Budlada, Distt.
