It is intimated previously that CTE obtained by PP was expired, but the industry has not commissioned it, <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"> </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">construction work is in progress and the industry has started the work for installing the plant and machinery,</span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"> </span> so the industry has applied for the extension of the Validity of CTE.</p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved extension in the validity of CTE applied by the industry be further extended for one year, subject to suitable conditions and special conditions mentioned in the previously granted CTE and the additional conditions proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that the industry shall be bound to comply with all conditions mentioned in EC vide No. EC22A021PB110755 obtained by it.</span></p>
