<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> It is intimated that Sh Rahul Goyal appeared on behalf of the PP. He was not having an authority letter to appear the behalf of the PP, he also could not reply satisfactorily regarding the violation mentioned in the notice.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It was desired by the CEE to </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1) Give another opportunity of hearing to the PP on 13/3/23 at 2.30 PM </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) The EE, RO shall get the verification of the total built of the project from the authority concerned to check whether it is more than or less than 20000 sqm.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3) EE, RO shall also give comments on the analysis result of the sample collected during the visit keeping in the view fact that STP was not in operation, and send the comments well before the hearing dated 13/3/23.</span></p>
