With reference to your clarification, we want to undertake that our unit falls under the Local Planning Area of Ghanour, the Master Plan of which is yet to be prepared and at present our unit falls under the agricultural zone of LPA Ghanour as per DTP Report. In the DTP report under point 3 (ii) that the site is situated more than 2 kilometers away from the municipal limits of Rajpura and nagar panchayat limit of Ghanour. Further, we want to undertake that, we will be bound to comply with the provisions of the Master Plan of Ghanour, when it will be prepared and finalized by the Competent Authorities. So, you are requested to grant us NOC for establishment of Sheller. We shall be very thankful to you.
